Group meditation every Wednesday at 5:30 pm, offered on a donation basis. Beginners welcome. Bring what you can - or come as a guest if this week is tight.

When is the donation-based meditation?+
Every Wednesday at 5:30 pm at Harmonic Egg Saco, 110 Main St, Suite 1210, Saco, Maine. It is a guided group meditation offered on a donation basis - give what feels right, or come as a guest if this week is tight.
Do I need to be experienced to join the meditation?+
No. The Wednesday meditation is welcoming to complete beginners and long-time practitioners alike. Wear comfortable clothes and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
How long is the Wednesday meditation?+
Plan on about an hour, including a soft landing at the end. Seating is provided; let us know in advance if you need a floor cushion or chair support.
How do I book a Reiki or tuning fork session?+

Do I have to remove clothing for Reiki or tuning forks?+
No. Both are done fully clothed. You will lie comfortably on a table (or seated, if you prefer) with a blanket available.
Is this a substitute for medical care?+
No. Reiki, tuning forks, and group meditation are complementary wellness practices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Continue working with your physician, therapist, or care team for any medical or mental-health concern.
Can I combine a Reiki or tuning fork session with a Harmonic Egg® session?+
Many guests do. Some book Alicia's work on a different day; others pair it with a Harmonic Egg® session for a longer restorative visit. Ask when you book and we will help sequence it well.
Is the Wednesday meditation drop-in?+
Yes - drop-in is welcome. If it is your first time, arriving five to ten minutes early gives you time to sign in and get comfortable.
